About Mason
Hello! My name is Mason Elsinger, and I'm excited to be a trainer at 10 Fitness. I joined 10 Fitness because of its positive, supportive environment and its focus on helping people improve their lives through fitness.
While I don't hold a formal certification, I bring over ten years of experience in the fitness industry. I also attended Bellevue College in Washington, where I studied Kinesiology. My specialties include strength training and powerlifting, and I’m known for helping others stay motivated and see progress.
I'm passionate about showing people that lasting health doesn't come from shortcuts. Exercise and nutrition play a key role in living well. I focus on helping clients perform exercises correctly to avoid injuries and get the most benefit from their workouts. My clients often tell me they value that approach.
Outside the gym, I enjoy spending time with my two-year-old son, playing guitar, and working on homesteading projects. I enjoy fixing things with my hands and building from scratch. Those kinds of experiences give me a strong sense of purpose.
As a child, I moved frequently while my father worked flipping houses. That upbringing taught me how to stay flexible and find comfort in change—skills I carry into my work at 10 Fitness.
Even though I haven’t received formal awards, I find my reward in helping people change their lives for the better. I want to be remembered as someone who helped others believe they could do more than they thought possible.
One of my favorite quotes sums up how I live and work: "If you don't dream big, what's the use of dreaming?" It's a daily reminder to aim high and keep striving.
