We’ll also work with you on a nutritional and meal plan, that will help you know what foods to avoid and which ones you need. We’ve partnered with dotFIT to bring you the nutritional and supplement guidance you need, in order to maximize your efforts at the gym. Our trainers will help you get on the right track with healthier food options, the right supplements, and the accountability you need to keep moving toward your goal.
