About Prestan
Hello! I’m Prestan Thepharath, a dedicated trainer at 10 Fitness in Little Rock, Arkansas. With two years of experience in personal training, I’m excited to work in a setting where my passion for helping others reach their fitness goals comes to life.
I hold certifications from the Personal Trainer University of Arkansas and the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). I plan to continue my education at Pulaski Tech and the University of Central Arkansas. My areas of focus include strength training, body transformation, and weight loss. With two years in powerlifting and another two in bodybuilding, I bring knowledge and energy to every session, helping clients reach their goals.
The most fulfilling aspect of my work is seeing clients grow stronger and more confident, often surprising themselves with what they can achieve. I aim to open a gym in Arkansas one day, based on the belief that fitness is about overcoming personal limits and celebrating every achievement, no matter the size.
I make mobility a priority in my training programs and maintain a consistent and professional approach to give each client an effective experience. When I’m not at 10 Fitness, I spend time fishing and exploring new spots. I also enjoy learning new training strategies or taking in peaceful moments outdoors.
The gym feels like home to me—it’s where I feel most myself. I value the process that comes with physical change and believe persistence plays a big role in both health and growth. I love sharing this passion with friends and family, especially while working toward a future filled with both fitness and strong family bonds.
Growing up in Little Rock, Arkansas, my mother and grandparents played a major role in shaping who I am. I may not have formal awards or volunteer experience to share right now, but I am proud of the support I give my clients—whether they’re celebrating progress or facing setbacks.
One quote that keeps me focused comes from Winston Churchill: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal; it is the courage to continue that counts.” It reminds me to stay strong during tough moments in both life and training. For fun, I wind down with Valorant, a competitive FPS game, which adds a playful side to my otherwise active schedule.
I’m excited to guide new clients at 10 Fitness and take part in their success stories.
