Hi, I’m Will, and I’m thrilled to be a part of the 10 Fitness family! I’ve been working as a personal trainer for almost a year now, and every moment has been an incredible journey.
Helping people become the best version of themselves is my passion, and 10 Fitness felt like the perfect place to do that. The supportive community and the focus on individual growth drew me in, and I knew I wanted to be a part of something special.
I started my educational journey at Greenbrier High School, where I graduated before diving headfirst into fitness. I hold a NASM certification and specialize in functional fitness, which helps people not only look great but feel even better. I’ve made it my mission to help my clients improve their overall well-being, especially those dealing with lower body issues like knee and hip pain.
What excites me most about my work is seeing my clients break through barriers and achieve goals they never thought possible. Watching their faces light up when they see progress—it’s the best feeling in the world. I believe in building long-lasting relationships with my clients and creating personalized solutions that help them feel great for the long term.
When I’m not at the gym, you’ll probably find me playing volleyball with friends, training in MMA, or serving at New Life Church in Conway. Volunteering and giving back are huge parts of my life, and I love being involved in my community.
On a personal note, I’m driven to be the best in everything I do—whether that’s in the gym, on the volleyball court, or just in life. What inspires me most is being the best I can be for others. And if I had to name a few things I could never give up, they’d be ice cream, Taco Bell, and my love for fitness!
My favorite quote is, “I know I always want to do the best I can.” My favorite movie is Avatar, and my go-to podcast is Hypothetical Nonsense.
