Hello! My name is Whitney Lee and I am a trainer here at 10 Fitness in Searcy, Arkansas. Ever since I can remember, I have been passionate about self-improvement and helping others. My journey led me to 10 Fitness in July 2022, where I found the perfect opportunity to inspire people to believe in themselves and improve their quality of life. Fitness has been a part of my life for many years, and I became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2022.
I graduated from Searcy High School in 2016 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arkansas State University in 2019. My educational background has equipped me with the skills to multitask, show empathy, make connections, and do everything I can to help others. I am always eager to learn, grow, and succeed when faced with new challenges, believing that we must become stronger mentally and physically to tackle life’s struggles with wisdom and an optimistic outlook.
What excites me the most about my work is hearing clients share how exercise has improved their functionality and daily activities. The stories of progress and transformation within the 10 Fitness community inspire and motivate me, filling my heart with gratitude.
My clients often praise my ability to help them improve their self-discipline, describing me as someone who is “always hard at work.” When I am not at the gym, you can find me enjoying the serenity of the outdoors, which is where I love to spend my days off.
Time is incredibly valuable to me, and I strive to balance the responsibilities of each day with leisure time while remaining present at the moment. I am inspired by a myriad of things: my two Great Pyrenees, tending to and admiring Mother Nature, reading, writing, gardening, and practicing Pilates, yoga, and weightlifting. My faith in God plays an essential role in my life, as I aim to live by the fruits of the spirit and form positive connections with the people, animals, and plants around me.
I grew up in Searcy, Arkansas, and although I am not currently involved in any official volunteer work, I am determined to become more engaged within the community. My faith is something I could never give up, as it is an integral part of who I am.
I hope to be remembered as someone who was kind to others and kind to myself, always striving to make a positive impact on the world. In essence, I want to be remembered as someone who propagated love.
One of my favorite quotes, from 1 Corinthians 13, guides my approach to life: “It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. LOVE NEVER FAILS.” To me, this means that when we do things out of love, we can’t go wrong; love helps us navigate both the good and bad times.
As a fun fact about myself, I was fortunate to travel the world as a child, with Egypt being my favorite destination. I am grateful for the experiences and memories from those travels, as they have helped shape me into the person I am today.
