I studied Kinesiology at Bellevue College in Washington state, which laid the foundation for my expertise in strength training and powerlifting. Professionally, I’m known for my knack for keeping clients motivated and pushing them towards their goals. My passion lies in showing people that true health extends beyond just taking a pill—exercise and nutrition are key to a long and healthy life.
My clients would tell you that I’m a stickler for proper exercise form. I believe that correct technique not only maximizes results but also minimizes the risk of injury, helping clients build muscle and gain strength effectively.
When I’m not at the gym, you can find me spending quality time with my 2-year-old son or strumming my guitar. Music is a big part of my life, and my guitar is something I could never give up. Personally, I’m passionate about homesteading and living off the grid, finding joy in fixing things with my own hands and creating something out of nothing.
Growing up, I moved all across the USA as my dad flipped houses. This unique upbringing instilled in me a love for new experiences and adaptability. Now, I bring that same enthusiasm and adaptability to my work at 10 Fitness.
Although I don’t have any formal awards or volunteer activities to highlight, my biggest reward is making a positive impact on the lives of those around me. I strive to be remembered as someone who made a significant and positive difference in people’s lives.
One of my favorite quotes is, “If you don’t dream big, what’s the use of dreaming?” It’s a reminder to always aim high and push beyond perceived limits.
