Hello! I’m Taylor Payne, your dedicated personal trainer at 10 Fitness in Little Rock, Arkansas. My association with 10 Fitness began when I heard numerous positive reviews about the gym. As someone deeply involved in fitness throughout my life and with almost two years of professional training experience, 10 Fitness felt like the perfect place to channel my passion.
Hailing from Little Rock, Arkansas, I returned to my roots to be closer to my family and contribute positively to my hometown. My academic journey took me to Iowa Wesleyan University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, complemented by a minor in Exercise Science.
Professionally, I’m recognized for my unwavering dedication and ambition, always ready to assist wherever needed. But what truly fuels my passion is witnessing a client achieve a fitness milestone they previously thought was out of reach. Whether it’s muscle gain or toning, my clients appreciate the challenging yet fun workouts I design, all set in a motivating environment.
Outside the gym, you might find me engrossed in a captivating book at the library or soaking in the serenity of nature. A cause close to my heart is advocating for the mental well-being of athletes. I’m committed to helping them harness their full potential, both mentally and physically, and navigate the pressures of being an athlete.
While I haven’t ventured into volunteering yet, my academic achievements include being a proud member of the National Honors Society and earning a spot on the Dean’s list during my final semester of college. Traveling is my escape; the thrill of exploring new places and immersing in diverse cultures is something I can’t imagine giving up.
In my downtime, you might catch me indulging in the magical world of Harry Potter or getting lost in the Marvel cinematic universe. A quote that resonates with me is, “Life is about progress, not perfection.”
To add a splash of fun – I’m a woman of many talents! From acting and painting to kayaking and traveling, my interests are as diverse as they come. And yes, self-care is always on my agenda!
At the end of the day, my aspiration is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on everyone I cross paths with.
