Hello! My name is Stacy White and I am a trainer here at 10 Fitness, in Conway Arkansas. I began my journey as a personal trainer in 2010, and since then, my passion for helping others has only grown stronger. I decided to join 10 Fitness because of the better training opportunities and the potential for growth within the company.
 
I grew up in Morrilton, Arkansas, but I no longer live there due to the limited job opportunities in that small town. My educational background includes graduating from Morrilton High School, earning an Early Childhood Development degree afterward, and becoming an ISSA-certified personal trainer. I’m also certified in sports nutrition, stretching, and mobility.
 
Professionally, I’m known for my expertise in weight loss and strength training. The most exciting aspect of my work is witnessing my clients’ progress – not just the major milestones, but also the smaller achievements like being able to do a sit-up for the first time. I firmly believe that every accomplishment, no matter how small, is worth celebrating.
 
My clients would say that I’m a good listener, always positive, and willing to work around whatever challenges they face in their lives. I take pride in being able to adapt and find solutions that suit each individual’s unique circumstances, ensuring their success on their fitness journey.
 
When I’m not working, my favorite way to spend a day off is relaxing at home with my beloved kitty cats. Personally, I’m passionate about working with others and seeing the joy on my clients’ faces when they achieve something they never thought possible. Their success is my inspiration and motivation to keep pushing forward in my own fitness journey.
 
Over the years, I’ve been involved in volunteer activities such as participating in Conquer the Gauntlet for three years and Warrior Dash obstacle courses.
 
It would be impossible for me to give up cardio – it clears my head and makes me feel better. As a personal trainer, my goal is to be remembered for helping others get healthy and transform their lives through fitness.
 
In my downtime, I enjoy anything true crime-related, whether it’s movies, books, or podcasts. So, yes, I may know a thing or two about disposing of a dead body (all in good fun, of course)!
 
As for something fun and quirky about myself: I fully embrace the possibility of becoming the “old cat lady” someday! My love for cats and their companionship is undeniable, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
