Hello! I’m Sam Childers. My journey with 10Fitness began because I was drawn to an environment that actively supports the community in leading a healthier lifestyle. My passion for fitness isn’t new; it traces back to my days playing sports in school and a bit in college.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Arkansas State University. While I might not have a specific professional “knack” that I’m known for yet, I’m deeply passionate about connecting with and relating to people. I firmly believe that exercise is medicine, and I’m here to empower each one of you to embrace an active lifestyle with confidence and knowledge.

Though I haven’t had the chance to train clients officially, I’m eager to embark on this journey and learn from each experience. Outside of work, you’ll often find me outdoors, especially hiking or spending quality time with my dogs. I’m also a fan of driving my jeep with the doors off, visiting the farmers market, cooking up a storm, and catching up with friends over coffee or ice cream.

Originally from Clarksville, Arkansas, I moved to the Jonesboro area in 2019 to attend university. While I cherish the memories and charm of my hometown, I’ve come to love the new experiences and friendships I’ve made here.

If there’s one thing I couldn’t live without, it’s my dogs. They’re my constant companions and bring so much joy to my life. As for how I’d like to be remembered?
