I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I received my credentials through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I specialize in weight loss and condition. I’m great at helping clients who want to put on lean muscle or just want to shed some pounds. I was born in Arkansas but I went through grade school in Atlanta, Georgia. In my last year of high school, I decided to attend the high school my mother graduated from and in doing so I was reconnected with my Arkansas roots. I go and feed the homeless every thanksgiving. It was something my dad did when I was growing so I followed where he left off.
I am passionate about everything that has to do with fitness. When I’m training my clients I keep in mind that what we do in the gym will help make them better in the real world as well. Not only will they be healthier, but when they apply the discipline and willpower they use in the gym to their actual lives, they will be unstoppable. I’m best at helping clients break through that mental barrier they place on themselves, overcoming their false limitations and creating obtainable goals, and providing them a way to accomplish them. My Clients would say I’m like “Max Care” Once I accept a client the goal becomes my personal goal and I take my goals seriously.
I’m a creator. I’m a firm believer that we are made in god’s image so I enjoy using my god given ability to create things. Whether that be building something, working on my book I’ve been writing, or starting a new business venture. I’m also into photography & videography. I am inspired by being productive and seeing the result of productivity inspires me the most.
A few facts about me are that I am very passionate about the nonprofit “Feeding America” This non-profit is something I have always deemed important. No one should have to go hungry when some of us have more than we need. My favorite quote is, “Whatever your mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” That quote comes from a book written by Napoleon Hill. I’m ambitious but genuine. I’m a big foodie but I’m always on a diet. I like sports and I’m a Lebron fan, any team he plays for is my favorite team lol.
