Hi, I’m Josiah Asa, a personal trainer at 10 Fitness with a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals. My journey began in high school when I joined the football team’s offseason workouts. That experience sparked my love for fitness, leading me to play football through my senior year and into college.

I hold a NASM certification and studied finance at Avila University after graduating from Glendale High School. My focus is on helping clients transform through targeted exercise programs, particularly for muscular hypertrophy. I’m known for challenging my clients to push beyond their limits and guiding them to reach their full potential.

What excites me most about being a personal trainer is seeing my clients grow into the healthiest versions of themselves. It’s fulfilling to witness their progress and be part of their journey. My clients often praise my ability to design personalized programs that align with their unique goals.

When I’m not at the gym, you can find me playing guitar or enjoying the outdoors. Music is a big part of my life—it’s a source of inspiration and a way to unwind. Whether listening to different genres or playing my own tunes, music keeps me present and connected.

I was born and raised in Springfield, MO, and after some time away at college, I returned home. Exercise is essential to my sense of well-being, and I want to be remembered as someone who cares deeply about others and always strives to do his best.

My favorite movie is Interstellar, which captures my fascination with space and features an incredible soundtrack. And for fun, I can solve a Rubik’s cube in about a minute!
