Hello! I’m Jenny Bradford. My journey with 10 Fitness is deeply personal. Living with Epilepsy and Lupus, I understand the challenges of chronic illness. My goal is to help others see beyond their limitations and realize their immense potential.

I’ve been in this field for 9 years, constantly learning and growing. My educational background includes a BS in Psychology from Southern Nazarene University, certifications from NCCPT in personal training and nutrition, and I’m currently working on my NASM certification. I’m also a Red Cross CPR Instructor.

Professionally, I specialize in body composition change, HIIT training, and Level 10 Group Personal Training. What excites me the most is witnessing clients achieve muscle mass gains, body fat decreases, and accomplish exercises they never thought possible.

My approach with clients is unique to each individual. I work closely with them to integrate their nutrition and workout plans into their busy lives, creating a sustainable lifestyle change. My clients would say that I’m dedicated to finding the right balance that works specifically for them.

When I’m not at the gym, you’ll find me trail running, camping, or spending quality time with my family and fur babies. Personally, I’m driven by the opportunity to change someone’s life for the better, to see and nurture the potential that others might overlook.

I’ve lived in various places in Arkansas and Oklahoma, and I’m thrilled to be back in Arkansas. Volunteering as a DHS foster and adoptive parent is something I’m deeply passionate about.

Among my achievements, I’m proud to have received the 10 Fitness LOVE award and the Best Support Staff award in 2022. One thing I couldn’t give up? My Epsom salt baths – they’re my little sanctuary.

I want to be remembered as someone who never gave up, not on myself and certainly not on others. A quote that resonates with me is by Martin Luther King Jr.: “If you can’t fly, then run. If you can’t run, then walk. If you can’t walk, then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving.”

A personal note: I lost my dad to Covid, exacerbated by his preventable chronic illnesses. This loss has fueled my mission to help as many people as possible live their best and longest lives.
