Hello! I’m Dequion Noel, your go-to trainer at 10 Fitness. With a passion for training and a dedication to helping others, I’ve spent the last 5 years honing my skills to provide the best fitness experience possible. My journey in fitness began at the University of Central Arkansas, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, and I am certified by NASM.
Professionally, I am known for my expertise in developing personalized training programs that prioritize muscle hypertrophy, sustainable fat loss, and confidence building. I have a knack for creating effective workout plans that combine strength training, cardio, and nutrition, helping clients achieve their fitness goals while fostering a positive self-image and long-term success.
The most exciting part of my work is seeing the transformative changes in my clients and witnessing how their lives improve for the better. My holistic approach to fitness focuses on long-term lifestyle changes, empowering clients to make healthier choices, build a positive self-image, and maintain their results over time.
When I’m not coaching, you can find me engaging in physical activities like gym workouts, axe throwing, hiking, watching movies, and enjoying the pool. Personally, I am passionate about competition, fitness, self-improvement, and traveling.
I grew up in North Little Rock and still reside there. My love for the community and the opportunities it offers have kept me here. I actively participate in volunteer activities, especially those involving helping people, and have been recognized for my athletic achievements, including being named All-State in basketball.
My dedication to my clients means I never give up on helping them reach their goals. If they’re committed, I’m right there with them every step of the way. I want to be remembered as someone who made a significant impact on the world by improving my clients’ health, which in turn, improves society and reduces healthcare costs.
One of my favorite quotes is, “Tobey Maguire got bit by a spider, but see, me it was a goat.” I enjoy playing real-life fruit ninja, adding a fun and whacky twist to my fitness routine.
