Hello! I’m David St. Romain, a seasoned professional in health and fitness, proudly serving the 10 Fitness community for over 20 years. My journey in fitness is backed by a Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University at Alexandria, alongside a rich collection of certifications in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and general health improvement.
 
I joined 10 Fitness due to its immense potential and the welcoming atmosphere it offers to trainers and clients alike. Professionally, I’m known for my dedication to bodybuilding and powerlifting, but what truly drives me is working with individuals who are striving to overcome health challenges. Witnessing the incredible health transformations of my clients is not just my job—it’s my passion.
 
My clients often approach me with specific goals, and together, we commit to not only reaching but exceeding those goals. They would describe me as exceptionally knowledgeable and deeply passionate about every aspect of fitness and health.
 
When I’m not at the gym, you can find me unwinding at my campground, soaking in the serene beauty of nature, which provides a perfect balance to my intense training schedule. My personal passion for health isn’t just a professional mask; it’s genuinely what I love. It’s this passion that inspires me daily, as I believe in my unique ability to help people improve their health in ways nobody else can.
 
Originally from Mansura, Louisiana, I moved to the area specifically to join 10 Fitness and contribute to this vibrant community. In addition to my professional commitments, I also devote time to giving free health advice, a form of volunteer work that I find incredibly fulfilling.
 
Notably, I am a world champion professional bench presser, holding two current world records and a world championship title. This achievement underscores my commitment to the field of health and fitness, an area from which I could never imagine stepping away.
 
I hope to be remembered for the countless health transformations I’ve facilitated, helping people regain control of their lives through fitness. My favorite mantra, “You are 100% in control of everything that happens in your reality,” encapsulates my philosophy both in and out of the gym.
 
And for a fun fact? I like to describe myself as the muscle poppin, plate knockin, weight droppin buff daddy of RP! It’s a quirky way to say that I’m all about making fitness fun, engaging, and a bit showy.
