Hi! I’m David McNair, a dedicated trainer at 10 Fitness, where I’ve been helping individuals make significant lifestyle changes for the past two years. My journey into fitness is deeply personal; I transformed myself from being 300 lbs in 2022 to a passionate fitness advocate, and now I hold a NASM certification to professionally support others in their journeys.
 
I attended Beebe High School, and it’s here in Beebe that I discovered my knack for strength training and weight loss. These areas are not just my professional focus but also my personal victories. The mental challenge of fitness, especially weight loss, excites me the most—overcoming what once seemed impossible is incredibly rewarding.
 
Clients find my approach to training fun and energetic, and I specialize in helping them achieve significant results in weight loss and strength gain. This aligns closely with my personal transformation story, making each session with me not just informative but also inspiring.
 
When I’m not at the gym, you can find me hiking or lost in a good book, continually seeking new challenges and learning experiences. Outside of fitness, my passion extends to wrestling—I coach high school and youth wrestling in Lonoke during the winter and spring. This sport, much like fitness, involves a deep mental and physical commitment, which resonates with my approach to overcoming life’s hurdles.
 
Still residing in my hometown of Beebe, I cherish the community that shaped me. I’m an all-state wrestler from my high school days, and I continue to contribute to the wrestling community through volunteer coaching, where I help young athletes discover their potential.
 
I live by Winston Churchill’s words, “If you’re going through hell, keep going.” This quote has guided me through tough times, and it’s a mantra I share with my clients, encouraging them to persevere no matter the challenges.
 
Remembered for my resilience and never-give-up attitude, I aim to leave a lasting impact on everyone I train, proving that with determination and the right support, any fitness goal is attainable.
