Hello! My name is Conner Callahan and I am a personal trainer here at 10 Fitness in Springfield, Missouri. I grew up in both Waynesville and Lebanon, Missouri, and moved to Springfield for school and career opportunities.
A year ago, I embarked on a journey as a personal trainer at 10 Fitness, driven by my desire to help people reach their fitness goals. My educational background includes becoming a certified ISSA Personal Trainer, and I’ve been working diligently to expand my knowledge ever since.
Professionally, I’m known for my thorough and helpful exercise demonstrations and corrections. Clients often tell me that my clear instructions and attention to detail have been instrumental in their progress. The biggest highlight of my profession is seeing my clients hit and surpass their goals, which fuels my passion for this work.
When it comes to solving problems for my clients, I excel at creating a path for them to reach their goals. My clients know that they can rely on me to guide them through the process, step by step, and tailor their workout plans to suit their individual needs and aspirations.
On my days off, you can usually find me at the gym or playing games with friends. I’m passionate about my personal fitness and enjoy striving to reach my goals. The progress I see when I give it my all is a constant source of inspiration for me.
No matter where life takes me, it would be impossible for me to give up working out and staying active. Fitness has become an integral part of my life and a driving force behind my career.
I want to be remembered as someone who went above and beyond to help my clients, friends, and family in whatever way I could. My goal is to make a lasting impact on their lives by sharing my knowledge, skills, and passion for fitness.
My favorite podcast is The Old Man & the Three, a basketball podcast hosted by JJ Redick. I love tuning in to hear insightful discussions about the game and gain new perspectives from both current and former players.
When it comes to fun and quirky facts about me, I must admit that I have a soft spot for bull terrier videos on Instagram. There’s something about their playful antics and adorable expressions that never fail to brighten my day and put a smile on my face.
