Hey, I’m Braydan Garrett! I joined 10 Fitness because I’ve always been passionate about helping people. At my previous job, I supported clients through supplements and nutrition advice, but now I’m excited to help people take their fitness goals to the next level through their workouts.

I’ve been in the fitness world for about 2 years, and I’ve developed a passion for guiding clients on their journey to progress and growth. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone push themselves and reach their goals.

I hold an Associate’s Degree, and once my fiancée graduates from nursing school, I plan to go back and complete my Bachelor’s Degree.

Professionally, I’m known for my background in athletics, particularly baseball. But more than anything, I’m recognized for my patience and calm demeanor when working with clients. My knack lies in identifying what truly motivates each individual, offering positive but honest feedback to keep them on track.

What excites me most about this work? It’s seeing people grow, learn, and achieve things they never thought possible. I’m all about progress—and helping clients break past their limits and accomplish their goals is the most rewarding part of my job.

Outside of work, you’ll find me either on the golf course, in the gym, or out hunting or fishing. I’m passionate about staying active and constantly challenging myself to improve.
Personally, I’m all about progress. Whether it’s in the gym or in life, I’m inspired by the drive to keep moving forward and becoming better each day.

I grew up in the Morrilton/Conway area, and I’m still here, staying connected to my roots. I’m also active in my local community, helping out at my church and in the city of Plumerville.
While I don’t have any major awards or medals to my name just yet, I can’t imagine giving up the gym—it’s my second home and a huge part of my life.

When it comes to legacy, I want to be remembered as the guy who never stopped pushing—whether for myself or for my clients. No matter the challenge, I believe in giving it everything you’ve got.

My favorite quote? “Do or do not, there is no try,” by Master Yoda from Star Wars. It’s simple but powerful, and it’s a mantra I live by.

Oh, and one fun fact about me—I can be pretty energetic, so don’t be surprised if I bring some extra hyperactivity to our training sessions!
