I grew up in Vilonia, Arkansas, and still live there today, cherishing my roots and the community I call home. I attended Ouachita Baptist University and hold a NASM certification. My professional strengths lie in sports training, weight loss, and hypertrophy training.
I’m most excited when I see my clients demolish their fitness goals, and that’s what truly drives me in my work. When it comes to solving problems for my clients, I excel at keeping them motivated. I pride myself on being both motivating and technical in my training, qualities that my clients appreciate and value.
Outside of work, you can typically find me enjoying the outdoors, throwing a football around, shooting hoops, or hitting the track. On a personal level, I’m passionate about self-love and embracing oneself at every stage of body transformation. I believe that cultivating a healthy mindset is crucial to achieving and maintaining success in fitness and life.
In my free time, I volunteer at my church’s nursery and enjoy babysitting for friends and family.
Throughout my athletic career, I’ve won multiple medals and currently hold three records at Vilonia High School for track. My proudest accomplishment is placing fourth in the Arkansas State Heptathlon, a memory I’ll always treasure.
If I had to choose something that would be impossible for me to give up, it would definitely be coffee. It’s my daily fuel and a simple pleasure I can’t imagine living without. When it comes to how I’d like to be remembered, I hope to leave a legacy as a joyful spirit with a beautiful heart, someone who uplifted and inspired others through her passion and dedication.
One of my favorite quotes comes from Michael Scott in The Office: “I am Beyoncé, always.” This lighthearted quote reminds me to embrace my inner strength and confidence, no matter the situation. Lastly, a fun fact about me is that I’m an avid dancer – I can’t help but dance, even at the most random times.
