Hello! I’m Aundra Hawkins, a passionate trainer at 10 Fitness. My journey in personal training began at LA Fitness, where I encountered challenges due to bad management and low pay. Seeking a fresh start and a better environment, I joined 10 Fitness to truly pursue my passion for helping others.

I hold an ISSA certification and have been in the personal training field for about six years. I attended West Memphis High School and later earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Arkansas State University.

Professionally, I am known for my expertise in helping people lose weight and build muscle. My knack lies in guiding clients to become the best version of themselves, not just physically, but also mentally and spiritually.

What excites me most about my work is the opportunity to make a positive impact on my clients’ lives. I am dedicated to listening to their needs and solving their physical challenges with kindness and empathy. My clients often commend me for my ability to listen and fix the problems they face.

When I’m not working, you can find me relaxing at home with my family. I enjoy watching movies, playing video games, and reading. Personally, I am passionate about helping others and finding ways to connect with people on a deeper level. Despite not being the most vocal person, people often confide in me because I listen thoroughly. My wife and kids are my biggest inspirations, seeing immense potential in me and motivating me to be the best husband and father I can be.

I was born in McGhee, Arkansas, but grew up in West Memphis. For the past six years, I’ve been living in Little Rock, which offers more opportunities for growth in my career and personal development.

I have a strong inclination towards volunteering, especially at church where I help with events and have joined the fitness ministry. In college, I frequently donated blood as a way to give back.

Throughout my journey, I’ve received various awards in track and field, band, and academics. While I strive for a healthy lifestyle, cheat days and snacks are something I can’t give up.

I hope to be remembered as someone who worked hard and was always kind to others. My favorite book is The Spook Who Sat By The Door and my favorite movie is Friday. A fun fact about me is that my voice changed when I was in the 5th grade!

Looking forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals and supporting you on your journey to a healthier, happier life!
