How many hours should I expect to work in my 10 Fitness gym each week?

This decision is up to you. Some owners maintain full-time jobs while overseeing their gym operations, while others run their gym as a full-time job. Your gym can be successful in either scenario.

Our locations typically range from 18,000 to 25,000 square feet, with a sweet spot of 20,000 square feet. We also require at least 75 parking spots for your location.

Will 10 Fitness assist with the design and outfitting of my franchise location?

Absolutely! We provide construction guidance, floor plan, equipment layout, and branding package for your gym, as well as architectural and construction resources if needed.

Financials and Marketing

Our monthly royalty fees are 2% of monthly gross sales and $1.00 per bi-weekly membership invoice, paid by the member, in addition to their monthly dues.

Will 10 Fitness help me with local marketing and advertising efforts?

Yes, we will support your local marketing and advertising efforts by providing you with marketing materials, templates, and promotional ideas. Unlike other fitness franchises, we provide you with our vetted marketing partner to assist you on all local marketing.

How much should I allocate for marketing expenses?

You will contribute 5% of your monthly gross sales to the Marketing Fund. 100% of the first years marketing spend is earmarked for local marketing efforts to help you achieve marketshare and attract members for you location. Subsequent contributions are on a sliding scale based on performance and age of the club. Our franchise development specialists can discuss this with you on your introductory call.
