About Cannon
Hello! I’m Cannon Hall, and I’m excited to be part of the 10 Fitness team. With 14 years of experience, I’ve built strong skills in strength training and competitive lifting. My path in fitness started at Rodney Parham, where I grew to appreciate the full training approach that 10 Fitness provides.
I hold an ISSA certification and studied both online and at Bryan University in Los Angeles. This background helps me guide clients through muscle imbalances and injuries. Many of them say I give full attention to their goals, with a focus on solid technique and dedication.
The most rewarding part of my role is seeing clients change over time and reach their goals. Watching that progress motivates me every day. When I’m not in the gym, you’ll likely find me on my motorcycle or fishing by the water.
I care deeply about family, music, and health—three key parts of my life that keep me grounded. I grew up in El Dorado, AR, and moved to Maumelle for better job prospects, though my hometown still means a lot to me.
Giving back through volunteering, especially with Habitat for Humanity and helping those in need, plays an important role in my life. I haven’t received formal awards, but I work hard to be seen as someone driven and goal-focused.
If there’s one thing I wouldn’t trade, it’s my Harley. It’s more than just a bike—it reflects who I am. I also connect strongly with a quote from bodybuilder Kai Greene: “Thoughts become things.” It reminds me how mindset shapes results.
One fun fact: I’ve started learning guitar and have a small collection of instruments. I’m thrilled to bring my energy and experience to 10 Fitness and support you in meeting your own goals.
