Hello! I’m Baylee Keller, and I embarked on the journey with 10 Fitness because I wanted to be part of an environment that supports every aspect of one’s personal and professional health. 10 Fitness embodies a community of growth, guidance, and motivation that is unmatched in most work environments.
I have proudly been a part of the health and fitness industry for 12 years. It has been a wild ride, having the privilege of experiencing the growth of clients and myself alike. Heavily inspired by my own personal upbringing, I have a passion for increasing the quality of life among clients despite any limitations they may face along the way.
I attended Arkansas State University and graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Education. I am certified in coaching an array of physical activities, organized athletics, and leisure sports.
Professionally, I am known for my contribution to the wellness industry by advocating for all forms of health, not just physical fitness. I strive to instill confidence and well-being in the paths I cross by demonstrating empathy and acceptance throughout my daily life.
What excites me most about my work is watching clients discover greater versions of themselves. Confidence shines through almost instantly when we unlock greater personal power, clarity, and peace. Being a part of that experience for people is overwhelming and inspiring, to say the least.
I am 100 percent a foodie, and throughout many years of battling diet culture and mental health in the industry, I have become skilled at helping clients create balance in their daily nutrition. I have a niche for creating macro-friendly meals that satisfy in all areas. Clients appreciate the balance I help create, ensuring they do not sacrifice the quality of their own interests for health.
My favorite way to spend a day off is recharging my battery through personal connections with friends and relationships. I love conversations beyond surface-level talk that convey care and acceptance toward one another. You can find me somewhere in a deep discussion on the oddest of topics or exploring new venues and adventures with friends.
I am passionate about advocating for mental health among bodybuilders and athletes. Covid-19 shed light on a situation the fitness community had been suppressing. We are no longer pushing ourselves through the pain for success. As someone who has struggled in the past, like many others in our field, I know that not everything is as it seems, and I am a huge supporter of listening and advocating for one’s body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
I grew up in the very small town of Desha, AR, and moved to Jonesboro to find better professional opportunities. I stayed in Jonesboro after graduating college because of the immense love for the local energy the town possesses.
In the past, I have volunteered for the Miracle League of Jonesboro and the Jonesboro Special Olympics committee. I believe every individual should have the ability to experience a love for physical activity. There are few things more honorable than experiencing the joy of being a presence in these inspiring organizations.
Not other than the glory days of winning a pickleball tournament in college, I refuse to let go of.
It would be impossible for me to give up caffeine. My love for the spiciness of a $4 energy drink first thing in the morning is unmatched.
I want to be remembered as someone whose confidence inspires others to be the best versions of themselves. By radiating the motto “comparison is the thief of joy,” I’d love to inspire others to look within for their own personal growth and flourishment. I want to be remembered as someone who was undeniably themselves, encouraging everyone else to do the same.
Recently, I’ve been loving “Aware and Aggravated” by Leo Skepi. His podcast is a great mixture of motivation and accountability. “You’re uncomfortable because you’ve outgrown where you are” is one of his most popular quotes that I hold in high value.
A fun fact about me? I have a mini Australian Shepherd named Acorn who is the head of the household and loves vegetables more than any human I’ve ever seen. I love kickboxing, chess, pickleball, tennis, and finding ways to make cardio not feel like it goes by in microwave minutes.
