About Sam
Hello! I'm Sam Logan, and I’m excited to be a part of the 10 Fitness team. I've been coaching and training since 2021, but my passion for fitness started long ago. After losing over 200 pounds and completing a marathon, I found my calling in helping others achieve their transformations.
I grew up in Tennessee but moved to Arkansas after my mother's passing, where I discovered a strong sense of home and community. Here, I cultivated my passion for fitness and transitioned into a promising career as a personal trainer. I hold several certifications, including NASM Certified Personal Trainer and CPR Certified, as well as additional credentials related to group coaching and young athletes.
Joining 10 Fitness was an easy choice because it aligns with my belief that fitness should be accessible, community-focused, and transformational. I enjoy meeting people wherever they are in their fitness journeys and guiding them to achieve what they once thought impossible. My focus extends beyond workouts—it's about building confidence, discipline, and strength that reach beyond the gym.
When I'm not at the gym, you can find me outdoors staying active or spending quality time with family and friends. I am passionate about personal growth and resilience, always seeking challenges that lead to meaningful change.
Clients often know me for transforming intimidation into confidence, especially for those who feel out of place in traditional fitness settings. I strive to be remembered as someone who inspired others, not just through words but through action and genuine care.
One of my favorite quotes by Theodore Roosevelt inspires me daily: “It is not the critic who counts... The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena...” This quote reinforces the importance of effort and perseverance—values I aim to instill in my clients.
