About Savannah
Hello! I’m Savannah Gilmore, and I’m excited to be part of the 10 Fitness family. Motivated by the encouragement of my trainer, Preston, I saw how I could help others through personal training—a discovery shaped by my own experience as a client for two years. The welcoming community at 10 Fitness gives me the chance to support others in reaching their health and fitness goals, creating a meaningful difference in their lives one step at a time.
Although I didn’t complete a degree during college, I studied psychology at ASU Beebe for a year before earning my NASM certification after joining 10 Fitness. I'm looking forward to studying more, possibly in nutrition or kinesiology. Known for strong customer service and the meaningful relationships I’ve built, I take pride in offering more than training. I aim to give my clients encouragement and care, helping them face challenges and reach progress they might not have thought possible.
Outside the gym, you might find me reading, singing lead and writing songs for my band, or enjoying classic rock concerts with my partner Kaleb. Music plays a constant role in my life, offering joy and a way to connect and express myself.
I’ve lived in many places through my father’s Air Force career, but Cabot, Arkansas, has been my longest home. I’ve chosen to stay here for now. I like volunteering at local animal shelters when I have free time, spending time with animals that need care and attention.
Music is something that has been with me from the start, and I hope people will remember me as a loyal friend and someone who showed real care in making a difference for others. My favorite quote, “I think, therefore I am” by René Descartes, reminds me to trust in myself and stay true to who I am. Whether I’m focusing on a game or enjoying board games and anime with friends and family, my life centers on connection and constant growth.
