Hello! My name is RJ Lewis, and I'm excited to be part of the 10 Fitness team. I started in fitness to support others through my interests in health and nutrition. With four years of personal training experience, I enjoy seeing clients reach their goals. Their smiles, steady progress, and dedication motivate me each day.
I hold a personal trainer certification and earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas in December 2024. My work centers on personal training and nutrition, with a focus on helping clients stay consistent and patient as they work toward their goals.
When I'm not working, I spend time at the gym pushing myself or hiking and discovering new places. I find motivation in stepping outside of my comfort zone and challenging myself. I grew up in Crossett, Arkansas, and later moved to seek broader opportunities.
While I don’t participate much in volunteer work, helping others through fitness stays at the heart of what I do. I swam competitively for 12 years, which taught me discipline and endurance that still shapes who I am. One thing I won’t give up is working out—it keeps me grounded. I hope to be remembered for making a lasting impact in fitness.
These words guide me: “Most people die at 25 but don’t get buried until 75.” My favorite book, "Think and Grow Rich," pushes me to grow, while "Den of Thieves" and the "Impaulsive" podcast keep me entertained and thinking. I’m here to help others move forward at 10 Fitness.
