About Mario
Hello! I’m Mario Brown, and I’m excited to be part of the 10 Fitness team. Over the past year as a personal trainer, I’ve found great satisfaction in helping clients reach their fitness goals through effective techniques and consistent support. Being part of 10 Fitness gives me the opportunity to continue doing what I love in an encouraging environment that feels like home.
I earned my bachelor's degree in communications from Arkansas State University and took several leadership courses along the way. My background in both communication and leadership, combined with experience from playing professional football, helps me connect with clients and guide them with confidence.
People recognize me for strong communication and listening skills—qualities that help clients feel comfortable sharing their goals and challenges. I focus on helping others improve their body composition and feel better during everyday activities. Hearing clients talk about overcoming past limits brings a sense of purpose to what I do.
Outside the gym, I enjoy cooking, spending time in the sauna, and staying active. I'm committed to being a positive example for my family. I enjoy working out, walking in the park, gaming, and taking late-night drives with music playing.
I grew up in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and moved to Arkansas in 2018 to play football for Arkansas State University—a decision that brought me closer to my two amazing sons. My volunteer experience includes helping with YMCA youth basketball and the A-State youth football camp. Winning the 2019 Camellia Bowl stands out as one of my proudest moments.
I hope people remember me as someone who worked hard, supported others, and made a positive impact in the community. One quote that stays with me is, "Everybody wants something out of nothing," a reminder that putting in real effort brings real results.
I'm looking forward to growing at 10 Fitness and helping those I train make meaningful improvements in their lives.
