About Jay
Hello! I'm Jay Fisher, a passionate fitness trainer at 10 Fitness in Cabot, Arkansas. With four years of experience in fitness, I’ve embraced the motivating atmosphere at 10 Fitness, where personal growth and client-focused training come first. I believe true transformation involves both body and mind.
My education took me through Iowa Western and Butler Community College, giving me a strong base for my role as a personal trainer. I'm known for a disciplined approach, both in my own training and in supporting my clients. I help people push through mental and physical barriers with structured strength training that delivers real results and lasting confidence.
What drives me most is watching clients change—not just physically, but in attitude and self-belief. My favorite moments come when someone achieves something they once doubted, all while building a healthier lifestyle. I also use social media to connect with a broader fitness audience, hoping to inspire others through my own efforts.
Clients often praise my support in helping them break through stalled progress—whether dropping the last few pounds or gaining consistent momentum. They describe me as driven and goal-focused, balancing tough love with encouragement.
When I’m not in the gym, I’m probably working out or hiking with my dogs, enjoying a mix of movement and nature. I live for balance and challenge and draw energy from positive habits and continuous improvement.
I grew up in many places—from the U.K. to the Midwest, and from the South to the North—but for now, 10 Fitness feels like home. I’m also proud to be involved with the Major Grace Moves Foundation, a nonprofit that means a lot to me.
Though I haven’t earned awards yet, I find purpose in inspiring others to aim high and make bold moves toward growth. I want to be remembered as someone who refused to settle and who pushed others to pursue a meaningful life.
Before I go, one of my favorite quotes is, “Stop asking for a peaceful life. Ask for a meaningful one. Peace will follow after the war inside you is won.” It reminds me to stay focused, live boldly, and work with passion.
In all parts of my life, I value my family and my hair—things I couldn’t imagine going without. I’m excited to be part of the 10 Fitness team and look forward to encouraging you every step of the way.
