About Austeja
Hello! I'm Austeja Buivydaite, a personal trainer at 10 Fitness in Cabot, Arkansas. I joined 10 Fitness because I care deeply about helping others, and moved into a career where I can make a difference each day. Over the past 2.5 years, I’ve focused on helping clients improve range of motion and overall functionality.
I began my education at Providence Classical Christian Academy in northwest Arkansas and continued at Harding University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health. That background has shaped how I support and encourage clients, helping them build confidence and take pride in their growth.
Outside the gym, I spend time with family, hike outdoors, relax with our cats, or play board games with friends and loved ones. I’m originally from Lithuania and moved to the U.S. in high school. Since then, I’ve embraced every step—including competing on Lithuania’s National Women’s Basketball team at age 16.
On a personal note, I feel drawn to becoming a mother and hope to support children from difficult backgrounds as they grow into strong, confident individuals. I plan to foster or adopt one day.
My name means "Queen Bee" in Lithuanian, and much like one, I find joy in creating a supportive, energizing space for others. One quote that guides me comes from Gandalf the Grey: "All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us." I live by that, working to make each moment meaningful.
Through my role at 10 Fitness, I aim to create an experience where everyone feels valued and encouraged. I’m excited to support you in reaching your fitness goals and building strength inside and out.
