Hi, I’m Rodrick Wilson, a dedicated trainer at 10 Fitness. With a passion for fitness and personal growth, I chose 10 Fitness as the ideal place to kickstart my personal training journey, and it’s been an exciting ride ever since. I hold an ACE certification and have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Arkansas State University, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

 

Over the past four years, I’ve immersed myself in the gym environment, constantly refining my technique and adapting to new challenges. My ability to quickly adapt and take on feedback has become a hallmark of my approach to training. I take immense pride in witnessing the progress my clients make over time, especially when it comes to perfecting their lifting techniques.

 

When I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me lifting weights or shooting hoops on the basketball court. Both fitness and basketball are passions of mine, and they continue to inspire me to push myself and others toward personal growth.

 

Originally from Memphis, TN, I’ve since relocated to embrace a change of scenery, though I still carry with me the values of community and service. I’m actively involved in volunteering, particularly at homeless shelters and with my church, as giving back is something I deeply believe in.

 

I’ve been recognized with the Strong Turner Award in both 2022 and 2024, a testament to my dedication and hard work. For me, basketball and weightlifting are not just activities—they’re integral parts of who I am, and I can’t imagine giving them up.

 

I aspire to be remembered as someone who helped others reach their full potential. One of my favorite podcasts is “Number on the Board” (formerly “Through the Wire”), which always keeps me motivated and informed.
