Hi, I’m Mia Willis, and I’m proud to be part of the 10 Fitness family! I’ve been a personal trainer for 3 years now, and my journey started with a deep love for fitness that began when I was just 9 years old—thanks to my mom buying me my first gym membership. After working at Esporta and starting my own gym, I realized I was missing something. That’s when I found 10 Fitness. The atmosphere, amazing management, and team environment here really set 10 Fitness apart, and I knew it was where I could truly grow.
I attended Sylvan Hills High School and then moved on to Pulaski Technical College before transferring to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock to study Health Education and Promotion. I’m NASM certified and have also earned certifications in Wellness Coaching, Fitness Coaching, and Group Instruction. Right now, I’m working toward a certification in nutrition, always aiming to expand my knowledge.
Professionally, I’m known for my passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals. I played volleyball for 5 years, and that competitive spirit and love for health have stayed with me. My favorite part of being a trainer is watching my clients grow not just physically but mentally—seeing them build confidence each week is what excites me the most. I’m here to encourage them, to show them how to appreciate the small wins, and to push them to be their best selves.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me at another gym working out or enjoying a meal with friends. I’m a big foodie and love exploring new restaurants as much as I love the gym. I also enjoy spontaneous adventures and spending time with my family.
Personally, I’m passionate about self-improvement and setting goals. I know that the more I can show up for myself, the better I can show up for the people around me. My inspiration comes from imagining where I want to be in the future, and I strive to become the best version of myself every day.
I grew up in Little Rock and still call it home—being close to family is important to me. While I’m not currently involved in volunteer activities, I’m eager to find opportunities in the future, especially those related to fitness.
If I had to choose something that would be impossible for me to give up, well, I could name a few things! But one thing’s for sure—I want to be remembered as the “She-Hulk.” Strong, sweet, and mighty, I hope to be a light in people’s lives, bringing positivity and strength even when things get tough.
My favorite quote? “Nothing to it, but to do it!” I’m also a proud dog mom to my beautiful bully, Lulu.
