Hello! I’m Mel Massengale, a dedicated trainer at 10 Fitness, where I’ve been helping people achieve their health goals for the past 2.5 years. My journey began at UCA in Conway, AR, and since then, I’ve been passionate about guiding clients through their fitness journeys.

Professionally, I’m known for my reliability, teamwork, and ever-present smile. I have a knack for motivating those around me, no matter the situation. What excites me most about my work is witnessing the positive transformations my clients undergo, both physically and mentally, as they make progress towards their fitness goals.

I specialize in helping clients overcome obstacles and mental barriers, ensuring they stay on track to achieve their desired outcomes. My clients would describe me as supportive, encouraging, and dedicated—always providing personalized guidance and motivation.

When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying a day off by taking my puppies for a walk with Blake, working out together, and then grilling out with friends for a relaxed evening. Personally, I’m passionate about pushing my limits, and this year, CrossFit has taken me to new heights I never imagined possible.

I grew up in Heber Springs, AR, and I’m proud to call it home. Volunteering is close to my heart, especially at animal shelters where I can spend the day giving baths, taking dogs on walks, and showering them with love.

While I don’t have any formal awards or medals, my dedication to fitness and the endorphins it brings is something I could never give up. I strive to be remembered for the positive impact I leave on others’ lives, whether through acts of kindness, achievements, or the way I make people feel.

One of my favorite quotes is, “Take the risks or lose the chance,” which inspires me to push myself and others to seize every opportunity. I enjoy podcasts by Nike Bare & Craig Groeschel, finding their content both motivating and insightful.

A fun fact about me? I have three cats and hope to have as many as my husband will allow in the future!
