Hello! My name is Jared Gotherman and I am a trainer here at 10 Fitness in Rodney Parham, Arkansas. My deep connection with fitness led me to 10 Fitness a month ago where I’ve had the incredible opportunity to help people enhance their health and physique.

I’m an Alexander, Arkansas native, and I still live here. I love the area for its convenience and familiarity. I graduated from Bryant High School in 2019, but my education extends far beyond the classroom, especially when it comes to physical wellness.

Professionally, I’ve become known for my ability to listen and adjust as needed. Each person’s fitness journey is unique, and I believe that understanding their needs is the key to success. Seeing positive changes in the people I work with is what excites me the most about my job. When you witness firsthand the results of hard work and dedication, there’s just nothing like it.

My clients often come to me struggling to engage certain muscles during exercises. With my guidance, we identify the right techniques to make their workouts more effective. They would likely describe me as a helpful guide, especially when there’s uncertainty about performing exercises correctly.

When I’m not at the gym, you’ll usually find me on a basketball court, perfecting my deep jump shots. I’m passionate about all things related to fitness and physical activity. I find inspiration in pushing my body to its limit, a feeling that has taught me to challenge myself in all aspects of life.

I have such a deep attachment to my lifestyle that I can confidently say giving up the gym would be impossible for me.

I aspire to be remembered as a hard worker who isn’t afraid to go the extra mile for others. That’s what I’m all about—pushing boundaries and helping others do the same. I’m an avid listener of the Joe Rogan Podcast. It offers a wide range of perspectives, which I find refreshing and insightful.

Lastly, here’s a little fun fact about me: I’m a massive fan of classic 70’s bodybuilding. You’ll often find me striking a pose in tribute to those fitness pioneers. It’s a small reminder of where fitness has come from and the potential for where it can go. I believe in embracing the past to shape the future, in fitness, and in life. It’s a quirky part of who I am, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
