Hello! I’m Isabella Clouston, a passionate individual at 10 Fitness. My journey with fitness started as a personal challenge to improve myself, having always been on the smaller side. With dedication and hard work, I transformed my body and discovered a love for helping others achieve their own fitness goals. This passion led me to 10 Fitness, where I now have the opportunity to inspire and motivate others on their fitness journeys.
While I’m currently building my formal certification, I bring over a year of dedicated gym experience to the table. My journey has been enriched by a diverse background and a strong passion for both art and personal connections. As a Cabot High School graduate, I’ve honed my artistic skills and earned several awards and recognitions in various competitions, which reflect my commitment and creativity.
Professionally, I’m recognized for my empathy and motivational skills. I understand the challenges people face, and I’m dedicated to helping clients push through their doubts and realize their potential. My favorite part of my work is meeting new people and building meaningful connections. I find joy in learning about others and helping them overcome obstacles on their path to success.
When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with friends or family, often out and about, shopping or exploring downtown areas. I have a strong passion for art, which I’ve nurtured since I was a toddler, and I’m equally passionate about the gym and the community it creates. My friends and the future inspire me daily, driving me to continue growing both personally and professionally.
I grew up in a military family, which means I’ve lived in a variety of places, including Germany, California, Florida, and Canada. Each location has shaped who I am, but if I had to choose, I’d consider California, Germany, and Canada as my homes.
Volunteering has always been important to me, especially in the realms of art and education. I’ve participated in numerous social events and volunteer activities, particularly during my high school years.
Some of my achievements include winning a 2nd place state art competition for realism, along with medals and trophies from my time competing in gymnastics. These accomplishments are a testament to my dedication and drive.
There are a few things I simply couldn’t give up, such as my cat, the gym, my art, music, and, of course, my friends and family. These are the core aspects of my life that keep me grounded and fulfilled.
I want to be remembered as someone who was life-changing, inspiring, and genuinely good-hearted. A quote that resonates with me is, “Oh! The places you’ll go!” by Dr. Seuss, which my high school art teacher shared with me on my last day of school. This quote perfectly captures my adventurous spirit and optimism for the future.
Although I’ve traveled extensively, one of my biggest fears is planes—an ironic twist for someone who’s been on the move since birth. I also have a quirky side, having once believed that inanimate objects, even my toothbrush, were haunted and watching me!
Looking forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals and being part of your transformative journey!
