Hello! I’m Dominic Stevens, a NASM-certified personal trainer at 10 Fitness. I joined 10 Fitness because I love how it fosters communities across Arkansas, bringing people together through fitness.

My journey in fitness started with weightlifting a few years ago, and for the past two years, I’ve focused on bodybuilding. I hold a degree from Hendrix College, where I honed my skills in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.

Professionally, I’m known for my expertise in these areas and my knack for selecting specific exercises that effectively target particular muscles. What excites me most about my work is helping others and promoting healthy lifestyles.

When I’m not working, you can find me relaxing and playing with my cat, indulging in my passion for food, or exploring new culinary delights. Personally, I’m passionate about 3D art, sewing, and baking breads—activities that allow me to express my creativity.

Originally from Lodge Grass, MT, I moved to Arkansas for college and fell in love with the area, making it my home. Volunteering is also important to me; I regularly donate blood and am a strong advocate for conservation.

Though I don’t have many formal awards, I proudly hold the title of “Best Cat Dad.” Music is something I could never give up—it’s an essential part of my life.

I aspire to be remembered as someone who could bring a smile to anyone’s face. One of my favorite quotes is by Emily Dickinson: “I am out with lanterns looking for myself,” which resonates with my journey of self-discovery and growth.

A fun fact about me? Pangolins are my favorite animal—they’re unique and fascinating, much like the diverse interests that inspire me every day.
