Hello! I’m Adam Broll, and I’m excited to be part of the team at 10 Fitness, where I’ve been fulfilling my dream as a personal trainer for the past seven years. My journey into fitness began right after high school, rooted in a simple but powerful desire to help people achieve their health and fitness goals.
Professionally, I’m known for my straightforward approach to fitness. I specialize in creating effective workout plans that help my clients see real results. What excites me most about my work is the opportunity to make a positive impact in someone’s life every single day. My clients would tell you that I’m all about the details—carefully planning each session to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
When I’m not at 10 Fitness, you can still find me at the gym. Whether I’m working or enjoying a day off, the gym is my second home. It’s where I feel most in my element, continuously improving both myself and helping others do the same.
On a personal level, my family is my greatest inspiration and joy. They’re the reason I strive to be better every day and the support behind my relentless pursuit of fitness. Despite being deeply involved in my professional and personal fitness journey, I’ve always stayed close to my roots here in Arkansas, cherishing the community and the opportunities it offers.
Although I’m not heavily involved in volunteer activities, my dedication to helping people extends beyond the gym floor. One thing I’d find impossible to give up is working out—it’s not just what I do, it’s who I am.
I aspire to be remembered as someone who genuinely loved helping people. That’s what drives me every day. And if there’s one saying that sums up my philosophy, it’s the classic, “No pain, no gain.” It’s a reminder that the best things in life often come from hard work and persistence.
