About Luis
Hello! I’m Luis Atilano, a dedicated trainer here at 10 Fitness. I began working with 10 Fitness on June 25, 2015, bringing with me ten years of experience and enthusiasm for fitness and coaching. I graduated from North Little Rock High School in 2006 and attended Pulaski Technical College from 2007 to 2008.
People often recognize me for my artistic skills and my ability to coach young soccer players with focus and care. I enjoy helping clients grow stronger, mentoring athletes on the field, and expressing creativity through painting murals and working on canvas. My clients say I support them well, especially through challenges like knee and hip injuries, and describe me as caring and encouraging.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time on the soccer field coaching my U8, U13, U14, and U18 high school teams or working on my art at home or outdoors. Soccer, painting, fitness, and family keep me focused and grounded. My wife and children continue to inspire me every day.
I’m originally from California, but moved to Arkansas at age seven when my family decided to open a chain of restaurants. Coaching soccer voluntarily gives me a sense of purpose and lets me give back to others. Though I haven’t earned formal awards, I find meaning in pickup games on the soccer pitch—even after tearing my ACL twice. I hope others remember me as someone who always tried to make a difference.
My favorite quote is, “Your work is the signature you leave on the world,” because I believe every action reflects who we are and what we stand for. One unique thing about me is probably my love for pickup soccer games, which I find hard to walk away from, even after injury.
At 10 Fitness, I bring the same passion to helping you with your goals that I bring to every part of my life.
