Hello! My name is Tyler Lewis, and I am excited to be a part of the 10 Fitness team as a personal trainer. I joined 10 Fitness to further my career in the fitness industry and enhance my own personal growth.

I am passionate about helping individuals reach their fitness goals and find fulfillment in their health journeys. My commitment to excellence is backed by my certification from ISSA as a personal trainer.

Professionally, I am known for my ability to motivate and push clients to achieve their goals. I have a natural knack for guiding individuals and helping them overcome challenges along the way.

What excites me the most about my work is witnessing clients progress from where they start to where they want to be. Seeing the transformation and knowing I played a part in their success is incredibly fulfilling.

I excel at solving the problem of finding the right training program for my clients and ensuring they lift with proper form and technique. Clients appreciate my attention to detail and dedication to their well-being.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending quality time with my wife and kids. We love activities like swimming and camping, which allow us to bond and create lasting memories.

Personally, I am passionate about weightlifting. It not only challenges me physically but also keeps my mind focused on achieving any goal I set for myself. The sense of accomplishment and continuous growth inspire me to push beyond my limits.

While I grew up in Pleasant Plains, I have since moved to Oil Trough to start a family with my wife. Family is of utmost importance to me, and I prioritize creating a loving and supportive environment for them.

It would be impossible for me to give up spending time with my kids. Their happiness and well-being are my top priorities, and I always find a way to prioritize them in my life.

In terms of how I want to be remembered, I hope to be recognized as someone who is well-liked and respected. Building strong relationships and positively impacting the lives of others are my primary goals.

As for my favorite quote, I’m reminded of the movie “Step Brothers” and the line, “What did we just become? Best friends? Yup!” It’s a light-hearted reminder to cherish the connections we make in life.
