Hello! My name is Saige Cannedy and I am a trainer here at 10 Fitness in Bryant, Arkansas. My decision to join 10 Fitness as a personal trainer was inspired by the gym’s incredible environment, which includes state-of-the-art equipment and a fantastic community.
I grew up all around the country, but I spent most of my childhood in Colorado. My family moved a lot, which has given me a love for experiencing new states and adventures. I have never lived in Arkansas before, but I saw it as an opportunity for a positive change in my life, so I took the chance and made the move. I have been working in the fitness industry as a trainer for two years now, and I am passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
After graduating with an Associate’s degree in Health Science from Walters State in Tennessee, I became known professionally for my goal-driven attitude. I am committed to not only reaching my clients’ goals but also exceeding their expectations. I believe that teamwork and a strong work ethic are the keys to success in this field.
What excites me the most about my work is creating a family-like environment where everyone looks forward to being around people they like. I want my clients to feel comfortable and motivated during their workouts, and I am always ready to adjust their form or provide assistance as needed. My ultimate goal is to instill confidence in my clients, so they can continue their fitness journey safely and effectively, even when they are not training with me.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending my free time working out or playing with my dog. I am passionate about making health a lifestyle or habit because I have experienced the challenges of being unhealthy and unhappy in the past. I never want to feel that way again, and I want to inspire others to embrace a healthier way of life.
My favorite volunteer activity is working with the Boys and Girls Club of America, as I grew up attending clubs across the country, and they will always have a special place in my heart.
It would be impossible for me to give up coffee or energy drinks, as they provide the fuel I need to stay energized throughout the day. I want to be remembered as someone who pushes others to see the best in themselves and to grow every day for their own benefit.
As for my favorite movie and book, I am a huge fan of the Harry Potter series, with my favorite book being the Order of the Phoenix. This magical world has captured my imagination and has been a source of enjoyment and inspiration throughout my life.
My passion for fitness, dedication to helping others achieve their goals, and commitment to fostering a positive, family-like environment are at the core of my work as a personal trainer. By constantly striving for growth and improvement, both personally and professionally, I hope to leave a lasting impact on the lives of those around me.
