Hello! My name is Roman McCone and I am a personal trainer at 10 Fitness in Paragould Arkansas. I started weight training in junior high for sports performance and soon found an interest in all things fitness. To this day, fitness has always been a hobby and passion. I love to learn new techniques and training cues to keep clients safe while getting results. My goal is to help all my clients move better with fewer aches and pains to enjoy life more.
I have multiple educational certifications. One is a NASM as a certified personal trainer and the other is an MX4 certification as a certified group fitness trainer. My specialties include targeting fat loss, mobility, and functional strength. A few of my favorite exercises to always do with my clients or when I’m working out are front squats, overhead squats, and push press.
