Hello! My name is Payton Myers and I am a trainer here at 10 Fitness in North Little Rock, Arkansas. As a personal trainer, I pride myself on my ability to connect with my clients and make them feel at ease. I graduated from Harber High School and grew up in Northwest Arkansas. Later, my family moved to California to start a business, and eventually, I decided to settle in Conway.
 
I have been working out recreationally for seven years, and I’ve transformed my love for exercise into a fulfilling career. The most rewarding aspect of my work is the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those around me. I believe that the power of personal training goes beyond the standard 9-5 job, and I strive to positively impact the lives of my clients.
 
I’m especially adept at alleviating clients’ insecurities or embarrassment, fostering a comfortable and supportive environment in which they can thrive. My dedication to making a positive impact extends beyond my professional life, as I am also an enthusiastic volunteer. I am particularly drawn to organizations that focus on helping children and animals or combating issues like drunk driving and drug abuse.
 
Outside of work, I am an avid adventurer with a passion for motorcycles and the outdoors. I joke that I would kayak to work if I could, but instead, you can often find me commuting on my beloved motorcycle. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time at home or exploring nature, reveling in the beauty of my surroundings, and seizing every opportunity to experience life to the fullest.
 
When asked what would be impossible for me to give up, I respond with a simple yet profound answer: life itself. I cherish every moment and tirelessly seek self-improvement. I hope to be remembered as a kind, helpful person, and my favorite quote perfectly encapsulates my tenacious spirit: “Fight like you’re the third monkey on the ramp to Noah’s Ark, and brother, it’s starting to rain…” As an avid movie fan, my favorite film is “Free Guy,” although I don’t have a favorite book or podcast.
 
Through my dedication to connecting with people, adventure, and self-improvement, I strive to enrich the lives of those around me, inspiring them to pursue their own passions and personal growth. As a personal trainer, friend, and community member, my indomitable spirit and genuine care for others make me a true force for good.
