Hello! My name is Matthew Pulscher and I am a trainer at 10 Fitness in Paragould Arkansas. I started working at 10 Fitness due to its awesome and welcoming atmosphere. I felt that it was perfect for me to grow in my profession and bring my passion for fitness into my career. I have been involved in my personal fitness journey for four years and training for five months.

Professionally, I am known for my love of strength, conditioning, and functional training. What most excites me about my work is seeing my clients progress to doing things they thought were impossible before. One problem that I make it my mission to solve for my clients is building their confidence. Building their confidence in their own abilities is something I strive for with everyone I come into contact with, no matter how long it takes.

I grew up in Hot Springs, Arkansas and moved to Jonesboro for college. I got my bachelor’s at Arkansas State and am currently working on my master’s. When I am not working or going to classes, I love being in nature whether it’s biking or hiking. I also love checking off another national park to visit. It’s important to me that I continually push myself to be better personally and physically. I do this by getting involved in environmental cleanups in my community with Keep Arkansas Beautiful and helping out at the American Conservation Coalition to push young people for a better environment.

A few fun facts about me are that I’m proud of my current involvement in my Fraternity that I balance with my work life, something I could never give up is Andy’s Frozen Custard, my favorite podcast is Stuff You Should Know, I’m a big fan of games, whether it’s video games or board games, II would like to be remembered for being a hard worker and a generally good and selfless person.
