I specialize in Body Building, as well as Strength and Conditioning. Some of my favorite exercises to teach and perform are the deadlift, overhead press, and face pulls. It’s a big joy for me to see people change physically and mentally over time. I am best at helping people improve their form and range of motion on exercises. My clients have said that I have taught them a lot and I’m devoted to getting them results. This only motivates me further to help others. I get so much inspiration from seeing how much people have transformed their bodies and minds.
When I’m not doing something personal trainer-related, I’m lifting weights. Now I will say that not all of my time is spent in the gym, though that does take up the bulk of it. When I am not dedicating my time to the gym, I like to watch Youtube, read, and spend time with family and friends. Other activities I enjoy are swimming, basketball, and Discovery Channel. A fun fact about me is that my favorite quote is “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” ~ 2 Corinthians 5:7.
