Hello! My name is Dillion McDonald and I am a trainer here at 10 Fitness, in Conway Arkansas. I started working at 10 Fitness because I saw an opportunity with the company and wanted to bring what I have to the table. What excited me about getting this opportunity to contribute to the 10 Fitness mission is that I am able to see people succeed with their health goals.

I started my fitness journey at 18 years old and became inspired to make healthier choices in life as well as taking time to enjoy the little things in life too. I was born and raised in Victoria, TX before moving to Conway AR to be close to family. I have an educational background in Excercise and Sport Science from the University of Central Arkansas and am NASM certified. I am known professionally for strength training, weight loss, and general health/sports performance when it comes to my training style. My clients would say that I am really helpful to them by finding new exercises for them when they start getting repetitive in their workout routines.

A few fun facts about me are that when I am not at 10 Fitness, you can find me being active at the gym or school, doing something outdoors, playing basketball, or hanging out with friends. I am involved with a few volunteer programs like CAYC, the Exercise Science Club, and the “Be Wel”l program. A nonprofit that I love to contribute to is St. Jude.
