Hello! My name is Chloe Washington and I am a trainer here at 10 Fitness in Bryant, Arkansas. My journey into the world of fitness began when I decided I needed a change. That’s when I discovered 10 Fitness and started working here. For the past 2.5 years, I have dedicated my life to helping others reach their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.
I grew up in Little Rock and still live here today, cherishing the community that shaped me into the person I am today. Although my educational background is in Mechanical Engineering from Arkansas Tech University, my true passion lies in fitness and sports. I’m known professionally for being motivational and encouraging to my clients, with particular expertise in basketball skills and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
What excites me most about my work is the opportunity to help others achieve their goals. I’m best at breaking down complex goals into smaller, achievable steps and maintaining a positive mindset for my clients. I believe that both physical and mental well-being go hand in hand when it comes to achieving success in fitness.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me playing basketball or spending quality time with my friends. Basketball has always been a significant part of my life, and I’m continually working on improving my skills on the court.
It would be impossible for me to give up playing basketball or watching sports. They have been a constant source of inspiration and motivation throughout my life. When I think about how I want to be remembered, I hope to be known as an accomplished basketball player, a great trainer who transformed people’s lives, and an overall good and helpful person.
My favorite movie is “Back to the Future II,” which represents the perfect blend of adventure, humor, and imagination. As for something fun or wacky about me, I aspire to be a future Los Angeles Spark, showcasing my passion for basketball and commitment to being the best version of myself.
As a personal trainer at 10 Fitness, my mission is to empower my clients to reach their fitness goals through motivation, encouragement, and expertise in basketball skills and HIIT training. I strive to create a positive and supportive environment that allows my clients to flourish both physically and mentally and ultimately transform their lives for the better.
