Hello! My name is Ahmad Salman and I am a ISSA certified personal trainer here at 10 Fitness in Springfield, Missouri. I started working for 10 Fitness becaus I wanted to help change peoples lives, and also be part of an amazing group of individuals with similar goals. I have always been fascinated by fitness and the science behind the human body. I wanted to become a Personal Trainer to continue my education when it came to working out, but also creating a program for others. I have been training others with performance, strength and conditioning for over a year.

I grew up in Missouri most of my life, mainly in St. Louis. I currently reside in Springfield where I am pursuing my education at MSU. I’m in my senior year and majoring in Sports Medicine. I spend most of my time at academic buildings studying. I enjoy being outside either that’s going on a hike, making BBQ, or working out on the track and pool. I’m very passionate about creating new goals and creating a plan on how to overcome that goal. I enjoy living in the moment and creating experiences with my family. One thing that inspires me is my dad, he has always been my role model and someone I always look up too.

If you were to ask my clients anything about me, they would tell you that I’m intense and always bring the energy in all environments. I’m very passionate about my clients creating a new lifestyle and implementing a workout routine and are more mentaly, and physically happy. I believe that my clients have taken those steps and are on track to becoming a new version of themselves. I appreciate obstacles as they make me a better trainer and I’m really good at adapting to my clients limits and ability to perform on certain workouts. I believe that my clients would also say that I’m very caring, but hold them at a certain level of expectation.

A few fun facts about me are that I have volunteered at multiple places during my time at MSU, my personal favorite was at the MSU gardens. I enjoy agriculture and the science behind it. It would be impossible for me to give up my family andI would like to be remembered as an individual who did everything they could to change / save a person’s life. My favorite book is “Things We Do That Others May Live”, Never Quit by Jimmy Settle and my favorite quote is “There’s No Obstacle Too Great”.
